TECcare Implementation Service
- Procure
and stage all equipment from various manufacturers
- TEC
will bench test and configure all of the equipment to avoid delays
in the implementation
- Document
the client configuration data into our TECcare database to improve
future client service and support issues
- Implementation
in the field by TEC Engineers working in conjunction with Project
Management team.
- Testing
and verification of proper operation in client environment
- Supplying the client
with complete documentation of all configured equipment
- Completion documentation
is sent to the client along with a satisfaction survey
TECcare Technical Support
- Telephone
support, including remote telnet and/or dial support
- Network (WAN, LAN) troubleshooting
services
- Escalation to 3rd party maintenance/support
service (if contracted)
- Field dispatch of TEC Systems
Engineering team member
- Dispatch of carrier service
personnel or alternate service provider if necessary
- Lab testing option for problem/fault
isolation
- Supplying the client with
complete documentation of all configured equipment
TECcare Training
- TEC
will train client personnel on equipment operation and maintenance
procedures
- Custom training classes available
upon request for end-users and network administrators
